Cement production technology, equipment layout of QSC is using, operating by the world-popular cement production brand, this is the latest technology of European Union (France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland). Cement Mill stage is installed Horomill Mill Machine – technology copyright by Fives.FCB (France) – aiming at reduced, saved 30% electrical consumption in comparison with traditional Mill Machine.

Production line of QSC is applied to rotary kiln technology & dried method with Suspension Pre-heater & Cement Kiln, capacity of 4,000 tons of cement/day. This equipment is designed and supplied by FCB – France aiming at automation to produce high cement product and cut-cost of inputs (materials, fuels, electrics…)
